My passion for music started when I was very young. My parents listened to the greats such as Bach, Beethoven, Copland plus jazz and folk. In my teens, I started listening to YES and Elton John and learned to play from the part of me that sings!

Music needs to be created from the deepest part of one's soul. It needs to be felt as well as heard. My favorite musical styles include jazz, rock, blues, classical, choral and movie soundtracks.

The keyboard work of Rick Wakeman, Elton John, Chic Corea, Bruce Hornsby and the jazz great Oscar Peterson, inspired me to continue with keyboard music and composition. I've also received inspiration from my wife of 40+ years Robin Dunn, also Jerry and Debbie Burgan (We Five), Christopher Burgan & Mark Hiiva,
